There are many Irish language youth clubs throughout Ireland, where teenagers can speak and practice their Irish regularly.

  • Cumann na bhFiann

    Cumann na bhFiann organise Youth Clubs on a weekly/fortnightly basis around the country.

  • Fóram na nÓg

    Fóram na nÓg provides representation for Irish language youth clubs around the country. Fóram na nÓg

    aims to strengthen and develop the links between organisations in the youth sector.

  • Óige na Gaeltachta

    Óige na Gaeltachta Teo. was founded in 2006 in order to develop and promote Irish language youth services in the Gaeltacht.

    The need for a youth structure within the Gaeltacht was recognised in the recommendations made in the 2003 Report on the Needs of Gaeltacht Youth.
