 Alphabet Coaching Training Course    

Expressions of interest are invited from fluent Irish speakers with strong creative writing skills and a background or interest in early childhood learning who are interested in participating in a fully funded training program in alphabet coaching which will take place in Germany i Summer 2017. This opportunity is offered within the context of the ground-breaking transnational literacy acquisition project “Loved Living Alphabet” which will train alphabet coaches, develop a teaching curriculum and produce teaching materials in 7 European languages including Irish.

Customer Service Agent (Irish language skills)


Capita Customer Solutions are currently hiring a customer service administrator with Irish language skills. The position in based in West Cork Technology park, Clonakilty, but role may involve travel to other company offices if necessary. Main duties include processing all files on the system, ensuring all calls are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner, processing queries and dealing with customers and clients correctly, as well as other duties arising from time to time. Written and spoken English as well as Irish language skills are essential. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience working with teams, having excellent communication skills and being able to work to tight deadlines would all be an advantage.
